“I cannot express how much robocode has helped her develop and grow, both in her learning and personal development.” Robocode Google review What they build Three months, four stages.
Stage 1: Foundations
How AI behaves, and why the same question can get a different answer. They turn Python into a live app with its first working screen.
Stage 2: The script engine
They connect their app to a real AI model, keep its key safe and write the templates that shape the story.
Stage 3: Pictures and voice
Their app makes a picture for every scene and records the narration with text to speech.
Stage 4: The finished app
Pictures and voice are joined into a video in code. The course ends with an assessment of the app they built.
Sound on The app Robocoders build in AI Story Studio, shown here with a sample story made with AI. Will they just be using ChatGPT? No. They connect their own app to a real AI model, write the prompt templates it uses and clean up what comes back. A child who can only type a prompt is using someone else's judgement. A child who can build the tool, test it and correct it is directing it.
Built by Ahmed Ayad Ahmed has been writing code since he was six. He designed AI Story Studio, and he is an expert in using AI and in teaching it: how to connect to a real AI model, how to write the prompts that shape what it makes, and how to check and correct what comes back.

“My son did the GCSE luminary tech path 25/26 at Robocode and sat his exams there May/June 2026. Everything regarding the teaching and exams was very good. The teachers are very skilled and nice individuals. I was a bit anxious about the exams, but the organization and environment was brilliant. The way they handled the entire process was beyond my expectations, from scheduling the exams and processing payments to keeping me updated and administering the tests. We received excellent service from beginning to end. The staff and teachers were extremely supportive, respectful, and helpful. I strongly recommend Robocode to parents and students looking for a trustworthy school and exam centre.” Robocode Google review “My daughter was probably from the first batch at robocode nearly 3 years ago if i remember correctly, she was an home ed child at the time. I cannot express how much robocode has helped her develop and grow, both in her learning and personal development- confidence and problem solving... the positive changes we saw in her let to her other siblings also joining. The admin team are very quick at resolving any issues, and I've had to have my children's classes adjusted multiple times and they are always willing to help and support. All the teachers are highly qualified and passionate about what they teach. Even after session, teachers are available.to discuss the projects and give feedback in person - and there is always digital feedback for each child at the end of each session, thus allows parents to continue supporting children. I would highly recommend robocode to any parent looking to give their child a head start in life.” Robocode Google review Keeping your child safe All staff Enhanced DBS checked.
